Delaware leads by three points after one-quarter of play

The first two minutes of the game burned off the clock, with the Wolves taking a quick 6-2 lead.

Starting at the 9:20 minute mark, the Blue Coats would outscore Iowa 8-4 to tie the score at 10 with 7:11 left in the first quarter. The leading scorer during this time was Rayjon Tucker, who scored four of the eight points.

In the next six minutes, Delaware would outscore the Wolves 17-11 to take a 27-21 lead with 53.3 seconds left in the first quarter. On this run, the Blue Coats drained three shots from the three-point line, which came from Tucker, Jordan Bone, and Jared Brownridge. Rebounding was also a key on the run as the team collected eight rebounds.

Seconds later, Iowa would go on a 5-2 run, which tighten the lead at the end of the first quarter to 29-26.

Blue Coats lead by seven points at the end of the first half

The Wolves would continue to claw at the lead as the team went on an 11-8 run in the first two minutes of the second quarter to tie the game at 37 with 9:49 left in the first half.

In the next five minutes, Delaware would outscore Iowa 18-11, which gave the team a 55-48 lead with 4:32 left in the first half. The leading scorer during this time was Julian Washburn, who scored six of the 18 points. The three-point shot was once again a key on a run as the team hit three, which came from Washburn (2) and Michael Frazier II (1).

Starting at the 3:46 minute mark, each team would score 10 points, but the Blue Coats would still hold a 65-58 lead at the end of the first half.

Delaware leads by 25 after three-quarters of play

In the first four minutes of the second half, Delaware would put some cushion into their lead as the team went on a 14-4 run, which pushed their lead to 79-62 with 8:21 left in the third quarter. The duo of Paul Reed and Justin Robinson would score 10 of the 14 points. Robinson would drain two shots from the three-point line on the run. Yes, the Blue Coats were hot from the three-point line all night in this one.

In the next seven minutes, Delaware would outscore Iowa 20-12, which extended their lead to 99-74 with 1:09 left in the third quarter. The leader of this run would be Jordan Bone, who would score eight of the 20 points. The Blue Coats continued their hot streak from the three-point line as the team made three, which came from Bone (2) and Rayjon Tucker (1).

As the time was running down in the third quarter, each team scored four points, but Delaware would take a commanding 103-78 lead into the final quarter.

The fourth quarter started with the Wolves trying to climb their way back into this one as the team outscored the Blue Coats 19-13 to cut the lead to 19 points (116-97) with 5:28 left in the game.

Less than a minute later, Delaware would outscore Iowa 16-14 to take home an easy 133-111 win. Jordan Bone would score 10 of the 16 points during those final minutes of the game. Bone also made two shots from the three-point line during that time.
