Finals Bound: Blue Coats secure spot in G-League Finals with 127-100 win over Raptors 905

The Delaware Blue Coats punched their ticket to the NBA G-League Finals on Tuesday as the team defeated the Raptors 905 127-100 in the semifinals round. This is the first time in the Blue Coats history, the team has appeared in the G-League Finals.

The leading scorer in the win for the Blue Coats was center Paul Reed who recorded a double-double in the win with 26 points and ten rebounds.

Point guard Justin Robinson also recorded a double-double in the win with 18 points and 14 assists.

Three other Delaware players scored in double digits, which were guard Rayjon Tucker (16), guard Isaiah Joe (24), and forward Braxton Key (21).

Blue Coats had the advantage in multiple categories in the game, which included rebounds (41-39), assists (36-17), steals (17-13), turnovers (23-26), and blocked shots (5-2).

Delaware also had the advantage in shooting as well, with the team shooting 53% (46-86) and with the Raptors shooting 44% (38-86). Blue Coats also bested the 905 at the three-point line, with the team shooting 44%(19-33) and with Raptors 905 shooting 21% (7-34).
