The Muscle Movement Foundation’s 3rd Annual RUN for STRENGTH 5k, Running at St.Marks High School

Did you hear about the Muscle Movement Foundation’s 3rd Annual RUN for STRENGTH 5k or run in it in previous years ?

If you answered yes, well that is awesome and thank you for helping families and  individuals who are affected by the crippling effects of muscle diseases ( ALS & muscular dystrophy). Hopefully, you will join this year’s 5K as well.

If you answered no, you are missing out on a lot which includes enjoying the outside scenery, helping families and individuals who are battling muscle diseases, exercise and a fun after party once the race concludes.

The race is inclusive walk/run which MMF’s ” Muscle Champions” ( survivors of muscle diseases) and their supporters will get a chance to cross off that awesome goal of crossing the finishing line together.

The race not only brings fun but it helps enhances MMF’s “Muscle Champions” strength, autonomy, and quality of life.

Delaware Sports Blitz is a proud sponsor of the Muscle Movement Foundation’s 3rd Annual RUN for STRENGTH 5k.

We are honored that this will be our second year covering the special event.
