The Delaware Blue Coats earned the second victory of the season on Saturday with a 126-113 win over the West Chester Knicks.
David Duke Jr. led Delaware in scoring with 30 points in the win.
Four other Blue Coats players scored in double digits, which were Ricky Council IV (22), Melvin Frazier Jr. (10), Javonte Smart (25), and Terquavion Smith (24).
Delaware also had the advantage in shooting, with the team shooting 51.7% (45-87) and the Knicks shooting 45.5%(45-99). The Blue Coats also bested West Chester from the three-point line, with the team shooting 48.4%(15-31) and the Knicks shooting 30.6% (11-36). Delaware was also the better team at the free-throw line in this game, as the team shot 68.4%( 13-19), and the West Chester shot 50.0%(8-16).
