Delaware 87ers Acquire Kyle Randall

The Delaware 87ers announced Friday that team has signed guard Kyle Randall from the available player pool. The 6 foot 1 inch, 185 pound guard played in 24 games with the  NBA G-League’s Lakeland Magic this season where he averaged 1.58 points per game, .67 rebounds and 1.08 assists. Randall also played for the G-League’s Canton Charge and Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the 2013-2014 season. For the 2016-2017 season, Randall played overseas with KK Konstantin Nis of the Serbian KLS where he averaged  17 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals in 34 minutes per game. Sevens Acquire Shane Edwards

The Delaware 87ers announced Tuesday, they have acquired the rights of forward Shane Edwards. Edwards played collegiately  at University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he earned All-Sun Belt and first-team NABC All-District selection. The future Sevens player averaged 9 points, 5 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 assist and 1 block in 23 minutes per game. Then the 6ft 7 forward declared for the draft in 2009, unfortunately Edwards would go undrafted but he did get picked by NBA D- League Albuquerque Thunderbirds ( now the Canton Charge) a couple months later. Sevens Take The Charge Down 114-107

The Delaware 87ers have been on a nice ride lately, winning three out their four last games and they added to it Friday with a 114-107 win over the Canton Charge. Also, the Sevens have now won back to back games. It all started in the first when the Sevens went on a early 9-2 run in the first quarter. Shawn Long and James Webb III were big for the Sevens in that run with Long scoring 4 points and Webb hitting a nice three.
