The Delaware 87ers announced on Monday that they have acquired guard Donte McGill from the available player pool. McGill attended the Sevens open tryouts earlier this season. The Philadelphia native started his college career playing basketball at Goldey-Beacom College where averaged 25 minutes per game, 15.1 points per game, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 26 games. For that season at Goldey-Beacom, McGill was named CACC Rookie of the Year and was a CACC Honorable Mention Team selection.
