87ers Lose Close One to Energy 101-96

The Delaware 87ers lost a close game to the Iowa Energy on Saturday Night and one they looked very dominating in early. This gives the Sevens a two game losing streak. Delaware started out fast with scoring the first five points of the game and then continued on a 13-7 run in the quarter. The Sevens outscored the Energy 21 to 12 in the first quarter and they were led by power forward and recent Washington Wizard player Danuel House who had 7 points in the quarter. Wizards Assign Danuel House to 87ers

The Washington Wizards announced Wednesday they have assigned  rookie power forward Danuel House to the Philadelphia 76ers D-League team the Delaware 87ers. House  who was undrafted out of Texas A&M , signed with the Wizards in July and has showed potential to be a great player with a strong summer league showing this past summer. Wizards just have not been using him lately  with House only making one appearance in a Wizards uniform in the regular season.
