The Delaware Blue Coats made a move on the last day of 2018 as the team acquired guard Rashad Vaughn from the Texas Legends, the team announced Monday. Along with Vaughn, the Blue Coats also acquired Legends  2019 third-round draft pick in exchange for player rights to guard Askia Booker and Delaware’s 2019 second-round draft pick.
